Canapes Roasted Pepper and Goat

Small bite easy to make and unpretentious, which combines several of my favorite ingredients! Already, the goat cheese is a must for me. But increasingly, when you add the roasted red pepper and a touch of basil, you get an instant classic.

15-20 sofas

1 red pepper 1 / 2 cheese 1 small baguette
not cinder Cinderella version (125g)
few basil leaves

Cut the pepper into four pieces, taking care to remove seeds and the white membrane. Place on baking sheet skin side up and cook on the grill BROIL highest until the skin blackens and swells completely. Let cool and peel. Cut into thin strips. Book. Slice the baguette

sliced straight (not diagonal) of about 1 cm thick. BROIL Grill few minutes until the bread is just beginning to brown.

On each slice, a slice of goat cheese and a strip of roasted pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F within minutes, just to heat through. Garnish each canapé with a basil leaf and serve immediately.
