I had beautiful mangoes to go and I told myself a mango lassi is very good. I started looking for a recipe, the recipe, but it looks like it's like spaghetti sauce Italian: each has its own recipe. So I decided to improvise and it worked very well.
1 large glass
Ataulfo 1 mango ripe, peeled, chopped
1 / 2 cup plain yogurt (strawberry for me)
1 / 4 cup milk
1 / 4 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon honey
Purée in blender. Serve very cold.
